　　用法：be bound to结构中的to不是介词，是不定式的象征。

　　结构分析：该例句用的是现在一般时态，He是主语,who neverlearns from the past是who引导的定语从句，其中who指前面的he，是主语，never（从不）是状语，learns是谓语，from the past是状语，is bound to fail是谓语。

　　be capable of能够

　　用法：be capable of后跟动名词，表示有能力或者有条件做某事。

　　用法：be close to中的to是介词，后跟地点，也可以跟人，相当于near。

　　用法：be composed of后跟名词或者名词词组，其主语一般是表示整体的名词。

　　例句：No one knows what she’s been busy with lately.
